We were only on the bus for a short while, as it took forever to get from one stop to the major stop at the Acropolis/Parthenon. By the time we got there, there were huge lines to get into the area. The walking tour around the area outside of the Acropolis was quite interesting. We didn't have time to do the rest of the tour in fear of not returning to our cruise ship in time. If you are on a cruise, look for the tour option that starts at the cruise terminal, we had to find our own way into the city and wasted a lot of time figuring out where to go and how to get there.

We nearly always do the Hop On Hop Off bus trip were ever we go, it is an excellent way of seeing a city. We do the full tour, then stay on and get of at the places of interest. We find it is a cheaper way and better way to fill in a day or two, and feel as if we have seen a lot. Once again Viator thank you.

It was a good way to get an overview of the city. Rode it once all the way around. Second day used it to get to parliament then easily walked the rest of the city.

As always the Hop On Hop Off Tours are always great value for money. Athens is very congested so some sections are slow especially if you do the circle more than once.

I was in Athens for the day on a cruise and unfortunately had many time restrictions so this was a great way to tour around the main part of the city. I wore a hat and sat on the top tier which is fully open. I wore the free headset provided which was helpful. This is a very inexpensive way to spend a few hours.

Great way to get around Athens. You can hop on and off where you like or even just stay on the bus for the trip or do both.

It was a good sightseeing tour but too bad I went in summer and it was very hot to enjoy the top deck.
