The service is very nice, however I particularly don't recommend meat and ice creams! Yet, other meals are way more better and it's still a great place to eat at with a very nice view on the monument!

We had a nice meal an the staff was friendly. I give one star because these lovely people think I am an idiot and charged double prices for everything: lasagne 10 euros on the card but they charged 20. Cola 2.50 on the card but they charged 5. Very unpleasant but it was too hot to argue about it. Be warned!

A very pleasant oasis in midst of the crowds visiting Duomo. We did not have much of their food offerings, but I'd bet it is excellent from the empty plates left by other customers. This is a long-standing fixture of hospitality in Florence. The staff is excellent.

This was a great meal. Ate several.items off of the truffle menu and the regular menu and they were delicious and the service was amazing. So glad we did not pass this place by due to the rating. We eat in great restaurants everywhere and this is one of them. Also, did I mention it is right in the shadow of the Duomo?

This place is a tourist trap. Food is OKAY, while prices are decently high. Out of all the meals I had in Italy, this was the most disappointing. It isn't necessarily bad, but it isn't up to par with other options nearby. The location is nice, but that's what you're paying for.

The food was great with great portions. Good prices and friendly service. My wife and I came for lunch and liked it so much we came back for dinner. Might be the best place to eat in Firenze.

I have been studying abroad in Florence for a month and this is hands down my favorite place to get lunch. They are always so nice to me. I come for the paninis

Probably don't eat here. If you are looking for a average price beer and a small dessert it's a great spot. Don't have dinner or even lunch here. Ordered the chicken panini and had to take off the chicken because it was like chewing on my wallet. Service was great though.

If you are looking for decent Italian food, go somewhere else. This place was horrible. Perhaps I am wrong. Perhaps authentic Italian food does taste exactly like Chef Boyardee. If so, kudos to the Chef. We thought that we would give this place a try, since it was in a great location and seemed to be reasonably priced. Don’t fall for it. The salad was small and unsatisfying. The lasagna was horrendous. I don’t know how you can ruin such a great dish, but they sure did. It was about as thick as a plastic knife and tasted like canned sauce from Boyardee. Not sure if there was even any cheese or meat in there. The waiter was rather pretentious and rude as well. Please, save your money and go somewhere off of the beaten path. Definitely not here. Don’t be tempted. You have been warned.

Just because you're in front of Duomo, it doesn't mean you should feed people overpriced horrible food. Service is bad too.
