Indicated to a waiter that we wished to sit outside. 10 minutes later, still no service. We went to the restaurant across the street instead.

Terrible service around lunch. No order of who should be served in timely manner. Chaos. The soups were good. The pizza was cold. The lasagne(which is normally pre-cooked got delayed 40 mins. At the end wanted to cancel it and the waiter told me sorry I cant cancel it it will be in the bill. Poor experience

When in Florence I highly recommend dining here. The food, service and staff are fantastic. Try the cannelloni, it's outstanding. A great place for lunch and dinner. Always look forward to going here.

Food is amazing. We shared a Bischerino as a starter and then a Pizzachina. With a Carona and a wine sat in the sun it was perfect. The staff are really nice. I highly recommend popping in and satisfying your taste buds.

Happened upon this gem while walking through the alley in Florence. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, service and food and wine. The salami is the best I've ever had. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone else passing through.
