Our waiter was fantastic. He was funny and personable. He recommended a few things for us - some we said yes to and others weren’t our liking. We ended up having some Italian sparkling to start with the quinoa salad and burratini. Both were delicious. I recommend the chicken for main. It’s perfectly cooked. We had the eggplant as a side which was also delicious. We had a dessert to share and were spoilt by the staff for our anniversary. Would recommend this place as it’s definitely an experience. 2 entrees, a main, a side and 4 drinks for €151 in summer - fairly reasonable considering this is Gucci.

The restaurant is pricey (±30€ for a dish, 70/90€ for a 5/7 meal menu) but the design is very refined, the service is perfect and the dishes are tasty, but a little on the small side. Overall, a very nice experience!

I was very excited to try this restaurant, but frankly, was let down. I had a reservation for 7 pm, which is when the restaurant opens, and no one was even in the restaurant to help us/ seat us until 7:05. (Not a huge deal, but with the prices we were paying and with our reservation at 7, I expected service at 7). Once we were seated service was very attentive, friendly, and made for an enjoyable dinner. I opted for the tasting menu for 90 euros, which I would not recommend. The food was tasty but not worth the price. The best thing I had was the tortellini, which was pretty incredible. Everything else fell far from my expectations. The setting was quite nice sitting outside in the square with lots of greenery and flowers. I also really enjoyed eating off Gucci china. If you go, I'd recommend staying away from the tasting menu and just trying 1-2 plates. Overall a fun experience but the food was not as good as it should have been considering the price and the fact that Massimo Bottura's name is on it.

The food is pleasantly plated (Gucci sells the dishware at the shop next door) but I can't say it was the most amazing. For a place set up by the chef behind the #1 restaurant in the world, it was quite average. We have had much better (and cheaper) meals in our four days in Florence. Service was sprightly but slow - requests for olive oil or the check had to be repeated. You can get better meal experiences elsewhere.

Massimo Bottura's newly opened restaurant delivers great food compared to the remainder of the city (and even on an international level). But compared to Bottura's Osteria Francescana it falls short, missing out on the daring and extraordinary flavours. On the contrary, the meal was fabulously plated and decently priced at 15-20€ a piece (be aware that portions are lunch sized) and a similar meal will be difficult to come by. The uniqueness of the Gucci Garden and the hospitable service added to the experience. I highly recommend a visit but would have wanted a bit "more" from such an inspiring chef as Massimo Bottura.

Bizzare high brow, American inspired hotdogs and tacos, famous chef, pretty lackluster food. Best tortellini

A great dining experience. Dishes are of great quality and great imagination. The tasting menu is a world tour of typical flavors reinvented in unconventional ways. Location is great, fancy but very comfortable. Prices are very reasonable considering the great quality, and pretty affordable generally speaking. Reservation is a must.

A restaurant done right Yes there’s a lot of branding going on when it comes to this eatery, but we’re talking Massimo Bottura and one of Italy’s most famous brands and the cooking is the more important part in this relation I’ve dined here more than once and have to say that pretty much every dish is very well thought through You’ll get a with various dishes from Asia to Europe, talking bacalao here, to your ceviche taco done the Bottura way, and even though this might sound like someone is trying to much here, each dish comes in the right size and goes very well to due to the amazing products used with whatever you’d want to have it with The wines on offer certainly make a good choice for the dishes and with this I’d recommend this place for everyone who wants to eat very well and not just Italian, even though the pasta dish is delicious as well Yes it’s more fancy than your average restaurant, but once you’ve tried it you’ll agree that this is okay in this case Grazie Francesco for your and your colleagues hospitality every time I am here

Excellent, yet very small, restaurant in the Gucci Garden building. Originally the Gucci museum, it has been transformed into a shop and restaurant with products not sold anywhere else. The food is excellent, with 3 Michelin Star chef Massimo Bottura. Be prepared that is not traditional Italian but flavors and ingredients from around the world. Book a long way in advance, there are only 12 tables. I had the Bonito then tortellini and the pina colada for dessert.
