Wow! The rooftop is a really great place. Beautiful landscape, mainly if you can see the sunset. The staff is really nice and polite. The food is great, tasty and looking really good. The 3 courses menu in the end has 5 courses since it has some “pre” dishes as well. It was a rewarding experience!

It took almost an hour just to get two cocktails. By the time we got them, we'd already finished eating, our plates had been cleared, and we'd asked our server about them multiple times. The only reason this has more than one star is because the view is stunning. But they clearly need better staff.

Sat at the corner table on the terrace giving magnificent panoramic views and a beautiful sunset. Ordered the 5 course tasting menu which was the most delicious food I've ever eaten. Staff really attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Florence.

Absolutely amazing dining experience! Enjoy one of the best views of Florence. We had the chef's tasting menu and each dish was spectacular. We had paired wines and the sommelier adjusted to suit our tastes. Great night out.

Had the tasting menu, only 1 out of 5 was really good. The other for were just above average. One of dessert they gave us (a pink macaroon-like sandwich) was exceptional, which salvage the food experience. The staff were great though. For the extremely high price, I was expecting more.

6 out of 5 stars. Literally the best dining experience my wife and I ever had. From the service to the food, everything was incredible. The views are the best in the city, but somehow the food still managed to outshine it. Simply fantastic. They treat every customer with the same attentiveness they would give to a celebrity. We peaked-- I'll never expect a better dining experience than this one.

My favorite rooftop in Florence. The sunsets are amazing. Here's the deal... Top floor of the hotel. Non guests welcome. Two sides with a giant bar in the middle. The bar side is open all day. The city views here are unmatched. Extensive wine and cocktails available with upgraded bar food. The restaurant is very good, and probably offers the better sunset views. It's a great place to chill and take some killer photos.

Pricy, but well worth the price food. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Must visit for a chill lunch over the top of the city.

Great view of Florence but that's pretty much where it stops. Service is terrible and not to the standard of the Westin brand. Drinks menu uninspiring and cocktails a little underwhelming.

Terrible, slow service. Disorganised. Not what I expected from a 5* hotel. The wine bar we found down the road was much more efficient and better value for money. Nice view - only plus point.
