We loved this place. Alfonso showed us care and was very gracious in explaining the dishes to we non-Italian speakers. Another reviewer complained about the €3 euro cover charge. Who cares when you get good service and lovely food.

Be prepared to pay a 3 Euro “coperto” cover charge PER PERSON, regardless if you have a reservation or not. Service is poor and you will sit in the back if you speak English. Food is good but you can do much better in Florence. Pear ravioli isn’t worth the risk. Don’t waste your time or money.

Food was above average, but nothing to write hole about. Staff and location were great. I'd eat there again, but there are probably better options if you want to search for them.

We came for the florentine steak but everything was fantastic. Best desserts we had anywhere in Italy. Friendly staff, perfect setting in a little piazza. Started with aperitivos from the bar across the road (sitting in the piazza) while our table was cleared. A bit pricey for anyone on a budget but represents value for money given the quality of food, service and location.

Cute place. Nice location and employees but the food was average. If you do go get the stuffed tortellini. I think it was pear and cheese. It was vegetarian and in a sage sauce. That might be worth the trip but a perfectly fine meal but there's other options

Amazing food--possibly the best we had during our entire stay-- and exceptional service. Our waitress, Roselia, was so fun, friendly and helpful. The setting is both cozy and historic. Do call ahead and ask for a reservation, as this place is extremely popular with both locals and tourists. (The pear ravioli is extraordinary! Ask for it, even if you don't see it on the menu! )

Nice service with good meal. We ate steak and lasagna and it was good. The tables outdoor was all reserved but because we didn’t plan to stay longer there, they friendly gave us table. Stuff is polite and kind. But they have small toilets. You won’t regard if you go there. Resonable prices.

Must visit. This might be one of Firenze’s best restaurants. It was recommended to us by two different tour guides as their personal favourite. Service from young Leonardo was exceptional and I don’t say that lightly. Food was very good and the wine we had from the reserve list was among the best we have ever had. Having said that the price was not over the top. Would return here and would highly recommend.

It was an oasis after a long flight, on a rainy day in Florence. Service was kind, and the food was perfect.

Service was fine, but was very disappointed in the food. Wine was good, but for a 56€ dinner, I expected ravioli that didn't taste like it came out of a can. Pasta sauces were plain! We were starving when we got there and we didn't even finish our dinner we were so underwhelmed. Had higher hopes for such high prices.
