I really had high expectations. This was my first visit to a michelin star restaurant. The servise was exaptional, part of the courses ware really good, but others felt not really as i hoped it will be. Bottom line - great restaurant, but i wouldn't recomend my friends to spent so much money for this experiance... There is much better experiences without paying so much

Very basic afternoon high tea lacking balance between the sweet and savory.

Very nice deco, good service but the food just made me wonder how did the restaurant earn it's Michelin star. Had the degustation lunch set with wine - wine was good but the food was flat in flavour and presentation. Florence is a place with great food, this place simply doesn't live up to the standard and a slight disappointment for the price point.

Fantastic experience. Food was exquisite and the service was impeccable. I especially enjoyed how they transformed traditional dishes with a modern twist.

Great experience! The food was good but what made it a great evening is the friendly service (not up-tight) and the live music (piano)

Very lavish room, good food, but I doubt they deserve their Michelin star. The food was good, but not outstanding. Two different people introduced themselves as the sommelier, asking about my preferences with no coordination. I had a pairing, and had agreed on a Nebiollo for the main course. In the event, they brought out a white, I said we had discussed something else, they brought a different red. One of the dishes involved red shrimp, pasta and celery sauce. Alas, the celery overpowered all the other ingredients. My pork was nicely slow cooked, but the skin was so hard it could not be cut with a steak knife. Overall, just too many misfires.
